The service commences with scanning the truck, followed by the replacement of any necessary parts to ensure suitability for the cleaning procedure. The required components are removed, and the EGR and intake are inspected with a scope, capturing photographs before the process begins. Subsequently, adapters are installed, and the truck is turned on and idled while the cleaning agent is injected. This stage lasts approximately 30 minutes. After removing the adapters, a second inspection of the EGR and intake is conducted, with post-process photographs taken. The parts are then reinstalled using new gaskets. The truck undergoes two consecutive parked regenerations. Upon completion of the second regeneration, oil system cleaners and injector cleaner are added. the truck then idles for a further 20 minutes, followed by a comprehensive service. The entire procedure is completed in roughly 3.5 hours. The standard service interval should be every 1.5 years for most vehicles, while trucks experiencing high idle times should undergo service annually.
